i rated it 1 star not because of the doctor. Dr Borlongan is really very knowledgable and great doctor. I bring my kid to him on any given day. it’s just his office staff are very rude and very incompetent. I work on a healthcare field and I know how should a patient be treated. I saw how the staff handled my kid especially on giving injections. very unsafe and doing wrong techniques and that worry me everytime my kid is scheduled for one. Staff easily irritated. you should considerate enough to understand that we parent is stressfull everytime we bring our to a doctor. you should know how to deal with parents especially on our stressfull days and not add on our stress. If you dont like what you’re doing, might as well look for another job. You are just ruining a Doctor’s very good reputation. I dont think this doctor deserves that. On my last visit was horrible. how can you not accomodate a kid jaundice and possible bilirubin????? that’s very unacceptable.
