No call/no show after director of operations confirmed appointment with me. Professionalism is beyond lacking. Then discharges me from THE PRACTICE. Not just him. Now I have to find a whole new surgeon and start over because of the issues he and his team created. Do not waste your time on this unprofessional doctor. Go to someone who actually makes an effort and cares.
