If I could leave a zero I would. Went in for general dental exam. Brown said I had two cavities that needed crowns in back molars. She completed one— injected local sites which required multiple shots for numbing — instead of a nerve block injection (which is standard care). She also injured my cheek and gum line- my gums surrounding the tooth peeled afterward. Gave no antibiotics at end of visit, which is also standard when dealing with deep cavity work. The cavity is now infected- I had to call to request antibiotics. She wrote the script didn’t ask to see me in follow up appt-which makes me wonder about her integrity as it pertains to patient outcomes.
