Had an appointment at 9:00 a.m. was told doctor would not arrive until 11:30 when we arrived for our appointment we did not get seen in the back until after 5:00 p.m. when we asked for copies of our medical records we were told we could not have access to them until we seen the doctor so that they could bill insurance. Why else would they not give us access to our medical records?
