Same as other reviews, I was shocked by how rude and condescending Dr. Rico was. She repeatedly questioned why I was there to the point I said I should just leave. She doubted everything I said and was previously diagnosed with, until she read the other doctor's notes that confirmed what I had just stated. She seemed argumentative and repeated the same instructions 4-5x as if I hadn't heard her. It was extremely condescending. I just went through a horrible health experience. I really didn't need to wait for over an hour just to be treated like that. There are other more compassionate doctors who can at least speak to you with a minimum of respect.
