The reason for poor grade was for the office staff. I scheduled an appt 3 weeks in advance, got a referral from my PCP, called to confirm the time the day before and called the day of the appt to make sure they received the referral. all good, right? NOT! i get there (after taking time off from work) to be told they no longer accept my insurance!! WHAT?! are you kidding me? and you didn't think to tell me that the day I made the appointment or the other 2 times I called??Awful patient service!
