Dentists are very kind and do good work. The receptionist needs training. She is very rude and not willing to help when an issue arises. Insurance questions ruin her day quickly! Imagine how the patient feels after coming in several times for a much needed procedure and being told again that they can't be seen due to insurance issues and not being covered! this has happened multiple times. We have even waited until the new year, per her advice so that the full benefits begin new and there would be plenty of money available to cover. We were turned away yet again this morning and not notified before we arrived! VERY RUDE RECEPTIONSIST!
