Dr. Mark Kagen (1) missed recognizing several cancerous spots, (2) only biopsied another cancer spot which was a reoccurrence when we insisted, and (3) froze the wrong facial spot. As a result our family has moved our treatment to another dermatology group. We feel the treatment received was below our expected level of care.
