Patient Reviews
Jul 18, 2025
It doesn’t make sense that he had relocated to another Optum location (Mt Kisco) as mentioned in previous review. Because when they called me to cancel my appointment at the New Hyde Park location, they refused to give out any information as to why he was no longer there. Or where he went. I feel if he had gone to another Optum location, they would have shared that information. Please share any further information that is known.
