PLEASE FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR AND ANOTHER PULMONOLOGY PRACTICE! Dr. Grenada did not show up to my scheduled telehealth appointment, after I arrived 15 minutes early for the appointment (as required), and after his staff informed me that Dr. Grenada would be running 20 minutes late. I made 7 attempts to reschedule an appointment with Dr. Grenada. In doing so, I routinely waited on hold for more than 25 minutes, only to receive unhelpful return calls from his office instructing me to call the office for an appointment...which started the process of waiting on hold and receiving an unhelpful return message all over again. This practice and this doctor do not have any care or concern for their patients at all. RUN!
