Never answer phone, bosses you around, poor manners, rude, won't take primary care referral. Don't give Sh** what your health issues are. If you don't have a referral it's like f-you. Their day is going when God and Jesus Chirst come back and they are sent to hello for the sick and ill patients they turn away, we will see who laughing then. God Bless everyone Amen
