I was interested in using their services. Made an appointment for the future. Tried 3 times, over a 2 week time period, to call back to find out if they accepted my insurance. Never received a call back. I finally spoke with a person there and explained my situation. All they wanted to tell me is that they always return their calls and they never received one from me. I tried to ask if their may be a problem with their answering service. They just said no, and they inferred that I never called. They did not care about losing me as a patient or to try and figure out what happened. So I cancelled my appointment and will look elsewhere. I am an a retired business operator. I called the office to explain what happened so they could address it for the future. They did not seem to be interested in me at all.
