Worst experience ever with any doctor, let alone OB/GYN. Provided diagnosis and recommendations completely opposite from other past/present providers - recommending surgery for something that could be (and was) handled with ultrasound guidance. Overall, I'd classify him as excessively conservative and fearful of malpractice litigation, rather than inept. But his recommendations were proven wrong by 3 other doctors and ensuing treatment. Would never see Dr. Mark Parra again, and trying to block from my memory all experience and interaction with him.
