Dr. Paulsen was condescending, dismissive, had to be persuaded to give me proper care. He almost refused to give me an MRI for severe abdominal pain and upon agreeing to the MRI, it was found to be ovarian cancer. His demeanor towards me only became attentive and compassionate AFTER he knew i had cancer. To only treat a patient with respect and dignity AFTER you find cancer is absolutely absurd. I hope he sees this or remembers that day and never treats another patient like he treated me. Do better.
