Patient Reviews
Feb 02, 2024
This is a review written on behalf of my mom haha. I am also an optometrist (but not affiliated with Dr. Mandel). It's been about 3 weeks since she's had cataract surgery and everyday she has the same amazement in her voice about her eyesight as the first day she came back from surgery. She can see everything far away and up close without glasses, and let me tell you - consider monovision. It's visual freedom!Everytime she brings up her vision, she brings up Dr. Mandel and his staff, who have been nothing short of amazing! She just raves at the attentive and caring staff. They answer all questions and are very responsive to requests. She also loves that Dr. Mandel is a know-it-all without acting like one. He's so down-to-earth! He and his staff also get along like a healthy family, so that was an extra bonus! The procedures went smoothly. Staff were proactive pre- and post- surgery, so nothing unpleasant or surprising popped up. BIG thank you!
