After seeing Dr. Jones many times at Billings Clinic Miles City with great care, that changed in July 2024. I have C-spine and lower back damage and always advocate for myself. However, this appt, both he and his nurse were in so much of a hurry that they made it very difficult for me to get my information in. End of appt (which went quickly), he starts to turn my head and I remind him of my severe neck arthritis. Instead of stopping he quickly puts his hand on the top of my head, grips it with his fingertips and turns my head which, of course, turns my neck. Way too fast to stop him. He stopped just shy of my end range of motion probably because he saw my eyes pop out. I told him he could never turn my head or neck again. He doesn't come to Miles anymore so I won't see him again but until this appt, I thought very highly of him. Bad last(and lasting) impression.
