This doc took the time to see my daughter in the hospital when no other Sanford neurosurgeons would answer pagers or texts on the weekend. Within 5 min of evaluation he had a nurse set up an immediate OR time. He did a shunt revision which gave nearly immediate relief for a massive headache of 11 days. He also took the time to explain in detail the procedure he planned on doing and post OP he again met with us and answered every single question we had. Even more, he treated us with compassion and kindness and was not rude. It was very apparent that he is great at what he does but is very humble and sincerely cares about others. He saved my child's life.
