My experience with Dr. Tabor AND his NP Kaley was very good. The office is easy to get to, there is Valet Parking & my wait time was minimal. He prescribed 2 SIMPLE (common!) medications for me -- sent them to CVS as normal procedure. THEN THE TROUBLE BEGAN. Once you leave his office, Heaven Forbid you need to contact ANYONE for ANYTHING. Within a few hours I received a text from CVS that my RX's were ready HOWEVER they needed to speak to me. Turns out the Antiobiotic he chose has a conflict with my heart medications. CVS also said there was 'more info needed' to fill the Antibiotic Rx. They said they were waiting to hear back from the Dr.'s ofc & suggested I also call them. HMMM... this form does not give enuf typing space for me to tell you the MISERABLE TIME I've had for an entire week, day after day, trying to get these SIMPLE Rx's corrected. BAD, BAD system. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The gal who reads & responds to the 'Portal' is an idiot -- no attention to detail.
