Our visit was for the inspire treatment. The initial visit was great. My husband completed the sleep study the second week of January. We have called the office several times. It is impossible to talk to someone. We drove to the office on Monday Feb 2nd where we were informed they never received the sleep study. We contacted the sleep study facility and they faxed the results the 14th of January. They refaxed again for us. We still have no contact and we have left messages again to try to make an appointment. FRUSTRATING! We should not have to chase after a doctor. I am glad my husband didn't use him. Imagine if we had a complication and could never get help.
