Np disregarded family concerns about my dad being sick. Needing labs done. My mom had gone to be seen to and not much done for her. She got sent home. Next day called she was still sick. Front office said bring her back. I said I’m just calling to let you know we taking to the ER via ambulance. She said we do more here then they will. If patient is to sick u tell them go to ER. Not send them home. Both my parents ended up in the hospital. My mom was there 3 weeks. My dad 4 days just because we took to ER to get the medical attention he didn’t get at the doctor’s office.
