I went in asking for Lumineers --very thin veneers. Dr. Griesser assured me she could do these. I got zoom whitening, molds and paid for the veneers. I came back next visit, was in the chair, and she ground my teeth down to little stubs. By the time I found out, it was too late and I had no choice but to let her finish. She put plastic temp caps on and told me I had to come back later for permanent caps. Switch and bait nightmare! I would not trust her if she was last dentist on earth.
