I have been a patient at Bauer Dentistry. I have been satisfied with the care I have been provided. My recent experience with the office has led me to seek dental care at another office. I had 2 crowns done back in August. When I received my EOB from my insurance company, it showed that I was overcharged. I called Bauer Dentistry and was told I had a credit of $290. I asked to be sent a check. Never received it. Called the woman I spoke to and emailed her, but didn't get a response for many weeks. Then she told me she was looking into it with their insurance specialist and would get back to me. Never heard back. Called again and ended up speaking with another woman. After a few weeks, she told me the credit was now $167. She could not give me an explanation of the difference. Again, I asked for a check. Two weeks later, I got a check for $67. Called again, but no return call. If I could give them 0 stars I would.
