Her office staff leaves a lot to be desired; for example, I arrived about 25 or 30 minutes before my appointment and was told they would register me until 15 minutes before appt. and I should go outside and wait. Another time my husband was treated like a pariah because he was with me and not a patient; we were asked if I had a medical condition that required him to be with me. They had signs in the private room while awaiting Dr. Lopatynsky that required you to sit there with your mask on. Dr. L is highly regarded by other physicians but she is very very difficult to schedule an appt.
