My elderly father was not treated well by Dr. Fogle in Newport, RI. Doctors Fogel and Bigatel kept giving him drugs that did nothing. We ended up going to the Brown-affiliated vascular surgeons in Providence and they did surgery on him right away. They saved my dad's life.
