The office staff is extremely rude and unknowledgeable. The office staff insisted that my insurance company require I get a referral when I did not need a referral. After several calls to my primary care physicians office where they confirmed that I did not need a referral, I called Dr. Harris' office to inform them. They did not listen to me and yelled at me in response. I had never had to get a referral with the insurance plan that I'm on. I had to cancel my appointment.
