Patient Reviews

Very bad bedside manners, doesn't listen to patients, and rude when the patient tries to speak. Didn't feel I could trust him, definitely couldn't get answers to questions, and didn't feel secure doing a surgery with him.

One is the lowest I could go. If I had the option to leave no stars, I would. Dr. Bertram abandoned me at the hospital while I was being prepped for surgery. This was because I had requested to stay the night at the hospital, due to my concern for my well being because of my underlying health conditions and going under general anesthesia, Dr. Bertram cancelled the surgery without ever speaking to me to inquire why I felt the need to stay in the hospital. He had a temper tantrum and decided to cancel and abandon me. No doctor should ever do what he did to me to any patient. He broke the Hypocrtic oath " do no harm". This man is a stubborn, arrogant person and has no right treating patients. I put my trust in him and he left me while in extreme pain because he did not want to admit me and have to come back the next day to do rounds. What kind of doctor does that? A very selfish person who has temper tantrums and lashes out. Do not trust this man!
