The front office staff is very unprofessional and rude especially Mary the manager the one who sits up at the front window. If she doesn’t like you she will sabotage your appointments and make your life miserable in trying to come in and see your provider. I tried making a complaint with her supervisor and she even sabotages that. I would not go to a place where the clinic staff is an issue, take your body and health somewhere else. I hope they know they are losing business because of her and her. She needs to be fired.
