For the life of me, I don't understand the negative reviews I found her to be one of the best investigative doctors and her knowledge is remarkable. She probably saved me from Prostate cancer she informed me to have my primary do an exam and not go by a lab test. Let me put it this way as a Neurogist she leaves no stones unturned.

I tried calling to cancel appointment but could not get anyone to answer. The lady told me she didn't know if the technician were going to charge me or not. Charge me for what? I tried to cancel the appointment. I have IBS and I had diarrhea. I couldn't go anywhere having this problem. I am looking for another doctor. Do not go to this place

Unfortunately, this review is not for Dr. Taylor but rather her front office staff. I have a referral from tricare, so I called to set up an appointment and I spoke to Jasmine and another lady who didn’t give her name with all of the attitude she gave. She said they are more than a month out for appointments so we started completing all of the information necessary for a September 6th appt and then someone else was in the background talking to Jasmine while Jasmine was on the phone with me saying that I needed to submit a referral today in order to schedule an appointment for more than 30 days out. I requested 3 separate times for an appointment to be scheduled and the referral would be faxed but the other lady was rude and condensing. She stated, if you’ve had it for 15 years you should know how it works. I told her I’ve never had to provide a referral prior to the scheduling of the appointment. She stated that I could find another neurologist if it was an issue. Poor customer service

What’s a board certification and why is it important that my provider has one?

A board certification represents a provider’s dedication to ongoing training in one or more specialties, including the completion of intensive exams.
