Clearly having a colonoscopy or EGD is not anything you want to experience. However, I can honestly say that Dr. McDonald and her staff were amazing. They were very patient and professional from the time I scheduled my appointment to my actual procedure. I had called multiple times asking questions even as to what flavor of gatorade I should purchase. Everyone was wonderful and when it came time to do the procedures they explained everything as I went through the process. After the procedure Dr. McDonald came in while I was recovering and gave me a brief overview of what she did and told me that after all the results were in she would touch. Overall, a great experience and I feel confident in recommending Dr. McDonald and her team.
