She was way to aggressive with our 2 day old premie. She was tossing her around and wasn't being respectful of anyone's privacy in the hospital room as my fiance was in extreme pain. The nursing students she had with her looked horrified as well. I am never one to complain, however I picked up her business card she gave me, and ripped it in half in front of her and threw it in the trash. She didn't even have the courtesy to close the door when she left. Unacceptable.
