I had the same experience as the person on Dec. 10, 2024. I was a patient of Dr. Flora Stenger who was wonderful, this dentist got upset when I questioned the need for fluoride treatment, my gums were great and so are my teeth so I didn't feel it necessary to spend the extra $67 for the treatment. Felt like a money grab. He was very defensive and has zero beside manner. They also wanted to do another full mouth of xrays and I had just had it done 2 years previous. The ADA recommends full xrays every 3-5 years if you don't have issues. He walked out of the exam room in anger, like a child and said he wouldn't continue. I have never been treated so rudely by a healthcare professional. His staff is also very rude at the front desk, demanding payment in full before you leave the office. We will not be returning to this dentist.
