Patient Reviews
Aug 06, 2019
Dr Matt Silverman is thorough and listens to the patient and I love his nurse named Alice. She’s just fantastic. What’s preventing me from giving 5 stars is the wait time. It’s horrible. I’m in for my appointment at 2p, but I don’t see the doctor until 3p?! That’s a problem. And this has happened multiple times. It’s annoying. Then the receptionist is talking with her other coworker about shopping and getting their nails done as she’s trying to check me in, which I thought was a little inappropriate especially since she wasn’t focusing on what she was doing she kept clicking the wrong thing. So If you don’t mind the horrible wait times to see a good doc then you will be okay.
