After reading dr notes I am disappointed! I did not miss a appointment with pulmonary in July I didn’t have one as I explained their systems was down.I also said I had to look at the medication you gave me months ago to tell you the effect I had. HTCz 12.5 this prevented all my breathing medication including my asthma medication from working as I tried to explain how these medications were effecting me! It took me months to figure this out . My quality of life was very low throughout this time. I was unable to get any type of appointment with you.I explained that my dr in San Diego advised me not to switch my lisinaprol because of all my allergic reactions to all medications. I didn’t forget or not get a message.I realize dr bishop is busy however after reading his notes from the last visit, is why I left this review.This is why it is important that patients should be able to see their PMC when needed. YRMC needs to fix this issue so patients can get appointments .
