Dr. Beuerlein is an amazing and kind ENT Doctor. I’m 15 years old now. He has been cleaning my ears out and has been checking my nose and throat since I was a kid and he still see me every year for ear cleaning follow up. He still treats me and mom like family. He cares about the family that comes in. Dr. Beuerlein explained everything well and talked me through everything. The receptionist was amazing and talked to us. I didn’t have long wait times in the waiting room waiting for the nurse and doctor. The nurse was great. I didn’t feel rushed and Dr. Beuerlein chatted to me and mom for a little bit and it felt like I was wasting his time and I felt respected and heard while talking and he was kindly walking and chatted with me and my mom to check out the desk. The nurse and Dr. Beuerlein answered all of my mom's questions. The appointment scheduling went well but I couldn't schedule my 1 year for next year but the scheduling of the appointment was great. I would definitely come back

Dr. Beuerlein was awesome ENT. All the staff and nurse was great. He cares about every family who come in his office. He explains what going to happen.
