I didn't even get to meet with the Dr. the front desk staff was so unpleasant and rude from the minute I walked into the door. They rolled their eyes when I asked for a mask, then proceeded to tell me I was late when I was really 10 minutes early. They told me I had to fill out paper work and that my son couldn't be seen without his insurance card. I told them I could look it up, and they said well it would be much easier if you had it. I then asked what was wrong with them because they were being THAT ignorant to me - they said nothing. I handed them the clip board and said I was leaving because they were so mean. I said "it's really sad that I have been waiting for this appointment and now I feel the need to leave" - The lady said "You canceled a few appointments" - I looked at her and said REALLY? I canceled 1 appt because we were all sick!! I NEVER have been treated this way being a new patient at a Dr. office. This is NOT how front desk people should act.... I do not recommend.
