My Dr. of retired in Feb. I tried to make the transition seamless. Went to Matt the very next wk. Needing no scripts, no treatment or diagnosis. Brought my complete history. My last 2 reg Dr. visits, my latest blood screen results, both COMPLETE hospital surgical records and my Dr.'s phone # as he was willing to go over my history. Strictly a meet and greet. Our only request at this point was if I develop a fever, please be on top of it. I've almost died twice because of this. He said have them schedule a 45 min session next time. Fast forward to 2 wks ago. I went in for a checkup. He acted like he didn't even remember he had seen me before. My diagnosis' were totally wrong, some things even missing. The 45 min session was 20 min. He hadn't talked to my Dr. He didn't schedule me a return visit. Then yesterday I had a fever. Called first thing . No return call. Called back 6 hrs later. Wouldn't speak to me. Told the nurse for me to just go to the ER. Inadequate, borderline negligence
