Dr. Kalter is the absolute worst Doctor I have ever seen. He and his staff are totally unprepared. They lie, don't read their patients paperwork, are unprepared for appointments, and make you wait for hours. The Cleveland Clinic sent 550 pages of paperwork to his office for my case and he first lied and told me he received no paperwork, and then told me he didn't read any of it. I have seen the best surgeon's and doctors around the country. He is a joke. I highly recommend you don't see him. His office manager Dawn is nice.I went to 2 appointments for nothing. I have never seen such an unpleasant, unprofessional doctor. God help his patients.
