I wanted to get a second opinion and ask for a copy of my MRI and Xrays. I brought their copy to my doctor and it was blank so I had to reschedule another appointment. I a got a second copy which the staff assured me was a good copy but it was bad too. I asked for a 3rd time of a copy and dropped by but the office forgot my request. I called again and the PA said to come by Tomball instead of The Woodlands office. I called and left a message for the PA again and she never called. Complete incompetence and poor service by his staff. I spent thousands on MRI and Xrays that the staff refuses to provide to me
