I saw Dr. Janko for an initial appointment recently. I was blown away by the professionalism displayed by every staff member I encountered, especially Dr. Janko and his PA Chris. The receptionist was so kind, and even called me a shuttle when i showed up to the wrong building for my xray. I have seen many providers in the past for my health issue, and all of them have dismissed me. I came to Dr. Janko tired and scared after being dismissed so many times. I felt like I would never find the care I truly needed. Dr. Janko immediately validated my fears and frustrations, listened intently, and respected my concerns. His bedside manner is unparalleled. His workup was thorough yet efficient, and I felt as though all staff involved respected both myself and my medical concerns.I look forward to working with him and the rest of his team during this process. I truly cannot recommend Dr. Janko and his practice enough.
