I am fortunate to call Dr. Horowitz my doctor for almost 15 years until I recently moved to Florida but I still call upon him for telehealth visits when I need him because there’s no one else I trust as much as him. he’s calm cool confident, extremely knowledgeable and knows when to say he doesn’t know but then he knows who to send you to the exact Dr. He is well respected by his peers replacing him is basically impossible.
