We went to see with son for his elbow stiffness as it’s get bent during practice. We had a good experience with Dr Stepanovich who explained what exercises are needed to be done and asked us to see a physical therapist for our son’s exercises to keep his hands in motion to straighten the elbow, and has asked us to see him in 6 weeks.
