No compassion, bedside manner, etc. especially if handicapped. Doesn’t listen or care. Had ultrasound because cancer suspected by different doctor. I needed D&C. Instead of letting me make my appointment for the D&C that day as other doctors do, I was told I had to make another appointment to make an appointment for the D&C. It’s all about the money. Dr. Nokkaew didn’t care that I was homebound, disabled and it was difficult for me to come to visits and my husband to take off for a third appointment. Having had D&C elsewhere for same reason, I know that it can be done at the Dr office without anesthesia. Dr. Nokkaew said it couldn’t. Just wants more money. Told her I wanted limited anesthesia. Day of surgery, she lied and told us that she told my anesthesiologist. However, he said she never discussed this with him. She’s a compulsive liar. After the surgery, I got a call for the office saying I had cancer. Dr. Nokkaew never reached out to me or showed any concern.
