Aside from not solving the issue, their billing office are BAD people! They dinged my credit ans sent my $125 bill to collections after ~4 months. They didn't call me proactively when insurance declined it (mistakenly) and didn't return my calls about it - and also told me I didn't owe anything at the time of service. NOT GOOD PEOPLE!!!!!!!!!
