Having a complicated pregnancy and Dr Moore could care less. She didn't check my previous medical history and didn’t listen when I tried to tell her about it. Most appointments were rushed or scheduled with the PA because she doesn’t have time for her own patients. She told me my labs were fine even though I’m severely anemic and needed to be put on iron. I told her I had an infection and she didn’t even check me until I had to make another appointment because it was getting worse. She reluctantly checked me at first saying I’m fine and then said wow it’s pretty bad. Staff is horrible. They put you on hold for ever. They are very rude and don’t know how to verify insurance. I have requested my medical records three times and they will not release them. Thank goodness I changed doctors and am getting the correct medical care needed.
