My father arrived via Uber for his 9 am appointment. He was shown into an exam room. He sat there for 2 hours before leaving. The office opens at 830. When I called the office manager she explained to me that Dr. George is a specialist and that everyone needs to expect that they will be there 2 hours for their appointment. My father was never seen. My father is 95. His appointment was at 9 am and they opened at 830 am. This is unacceptable to me.
