I have followed Dr. Chen since she was a resident at UCLA. I think I have known her for over 10 years. She is the only MD I have ever felt understood my questions and concerns, she answers email and questions in the office; prior to my eye surgery, when I was so frightened, she spent extra time & calls to me. I also have received excellent referrals to other care providers.
