This office staff is disgustingly disrespectful. You call in and they automatically put you on hold or just hung up on you, claim they’ll give the doctor your message, and rest assured you’ll never receive a call back. I just had surgery and shouldn’t have to be dealing with this. I canceled my upcoming appointment and changed my primary. I’ll also be calling my insurance and filing a complaint with this office as well. This is no way to treat patients.
