Patient Reviews
Aug 31, 2023
Had a very traumatic ankle injury - was advised by Dr. Shah to "just wait to see if it gets better" rather than advising I get any type of MRI or scan. All follow ups I had with him were maybe 5 minutes and each one cost me several hundreds of dollars. Nothing productive came out of any of those. 10 months later and I'm finally seeing someone who got me an MRI - turns out I definitely need intensive surgery; had I not gotten scanned and just carried on with PT, I would have developed early arthritis along with a host of other problems. Very disappointed in this quality of care from NYU.
