UPMC Lititz Team has been phenomenal minus Dr Stone. First, time meeting my wife was at 36 weeks for her routine follow up. Upon finding out she is refusing gbs test she walks in hands her post delivery PT education sits down and in a real sarcastic tone stats ' so tell me what you know about group b strep.' No hello, introduction or walk into I see you declined can I provide you with some detail and ask questions to better understand your choice. No she gaslights and berates my wife to tears then just says sit up on the table so she can measure. She then has the audacity to say, ' I see I've upset you, but its my job to ensure you and the baby are taken care of.' Well she must have missed the class on mental and emotional wellbeing for the 3rd trimester. Previous, friends have had her and raved, but after this insensitive bullying of my wife I can say we moved her off of our appointment schedule. This behavior is why some have issues trusting medical 'professionals.'
