She saw my child from 2006 to 2018 she listened to my concerns she always made sure to provide status updates to primary care her positive and friendly demeanor remained the same over the years she worked well with other teams within hospital to make sure labs were done. She took the time to explain things when we had questions. She also made sure to explain drug options within hospital guidelines. All of these things are appreciated and important because once you move on to adult care it is quite different
